When you submit a form on this website — including the Portfolio Audit enquiry form, the contact form, the partner application form, or the waitlist signup — we collect:

• Your email address
• Your company name (where requested)
• Any other information you choose to provide in a free-text field

We do not collect payment information directly. Any payment processing is handled by third-party providers subject to their own privacy policies.

Analytics data

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this website. GA4 data is collected only with your consent, via the cookie consent banner displayed on your first visit. If you decline analytics cookies, no GA4 data is collected about your visit.

Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. It includes information such as pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region (country level).

• Enquiry and form data: retained for up to 2 years from the date of submission, unless you become a customer, in which case we retain data for the duration of the relationship plus 6 years (for legal compliance purposes).
• Analytics data: aggregated and not linked to individuals. Retained in accordance with Google’s standard retention periods (typically 14 months).

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion: ask us to delete your data where there is no longer a lawful basis for us to hold it
